Senior COI Compliance Officer

Kenya Nevith-Branch serves as a Senior Compliance Officer on the Conflict of Interest team in Georgia Tech’s Office of Ethics and Compliance, a unit of the Office of the General Counsel. Since joining the Institute in 2023, she has supported the research and academic mission by reviewing and managing disclosures of outside activities and financial interests, interpreting institutional, state, and federal policies, and helping faculty and staff navigate potential conflicts. She also drafts management plans, provides policy guidance, and collaborates with campus partners to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

Kenya is a seasoned compliance professional with deep expertise in corporate finance, conflicts of interest, policy governance, compliance training, investigations, and regulatory oversight. Prior to joining Georgia Tech, she served as Vice President in Legal and Compliance at an international investment bank in New York and London, where she led compliance initiatives across global operations.
