Lindsey Bennett serves as a Paralegal on the Employment & Litigation team in the Legal Affairs unit of Georgia Tech’s Office of the General Counsel. In this role, she provides specialized legal support on a wide range of matters, including ante litem notices, subpoenas, non-party requests, and EEOC/GCEO cases.
Before joining Georgia Tech, Lindsey worked at the Georgia Attorney General’s Office, where she supported the Environmental Protection Division and Department of Natural Resources. She brings over a decade of experience in both the public and private sectors, with expertise spanning administrative law, bankruptcy, litigation, regulatory compliance, and real estate.
Lindsey holds an Associate’s Degree from Oxford College of Emory University, a B.S. in Psychology from Georgia State University, and a Master of Legal Studies from Vanderbilt Law School. Outside the office, she enjoys baking, traveling, and spending time with her family.
