Nikki Flanigan serves as Senior Counsel for Administration & Finance in the Legal Affairs unit of Georgia Tech’s Office of the General Counsel. In this role, she advises on matters involving trademarks, procurement, real estate, international initiatives, general contracting, signature authority, and taxation. She joined Georgia Tech in 2022, bringing with her a strong background in public sector law.

Prior to joining the Institute, Nikki served as a Legal Officer at the Georgia Department of Community Affairs, where she provided legal guidance on the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit program, advised on HUD-related statutes, and managed procurement and contract administration.

Nikki holds a B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and both a J.D. and a Master of Taxation from Georgia State University. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her family.
