
Susann Estroff serves as Assistant Chief Counsel for Administration & Finance in the Legal Affairs unit of Georgia Tech’s Office of the General Counsel. Since joining the Institute in 2009, she has advised on a wide range of matters including campus space licenses, filming agreements, procurement, performance agreements, and general contracting, with a focus on drafting and negotiating Institute templates. She brings prior experience in commercial real estate leasing and settlement agreements and is admitted to practice law in both New York and Georgia.
In addition to her legal role, Susann is Co-Chair of the AI@GT Steering Committee, helping guide the Institute’s strategy for the use and governance of artificial intelligence. She has also served as an ex-officio non-voting member of the Institutional Review Board (IRB) since 2021 and annually leads the Office’s “Georgia Legal Food Frenzy” team to raise funds for the Atlanta Community Food Bank.
Her work supports Georgia Tech’s operational goals and reflects its core values through practical, thoughtful legal guidance. Outside the office, Susann loves to travel and volunteer with community organizations.
