Our team plays a crucial role in managing document requests, from subpoenas to production of critical documents, ensuring Georgia Tech's compliance with applicable laws and regulations governing the Institute. Beyond documentation, we delve deep into employment and human resource matters, providing legal insights to protect the Institute and its employees.
We are a pivotal liaison between GT employees and the Attorney General’s office, facilitating communications in the service of the Institute. Additionally, our collaboration with Human Resources highlights our dedication to providing comprehensive support on employment and HR issues, always with an eye on ethical standards.
