The Administration and Finance and Affiliated Organizations legal team unites two former OGC teams—Transactions & Administration and Affiliated Organizations—under one umbrella to provide cohesive, solutions-oriented counsel that supports Georgia Tech’s mission, core values, and strategic goals.

We guide administration and finance matters with integrity and foresight, helping stakeholders manage agreements, compliance processes, and risk mitigation while advancing the Institute’s initiatives locally and globally. Our collaborative approach balances legal requirements with strategic objectives, turning complex challenges into practical solutions.

In addition, our team supports Georgia Tech’s Affiliated Organizations, a network of independent entities formed to advance the Institute’s programs and vision. Through this work, we ensure alignment with Board of Regents policy, operational excellence, and transparent stewardship, fostering trusted partnerships that extend Georgia Tech’s reach and impact.
